My design team will put together a strategic plan and estimate based on the latest trends, designs, and materials to prepare your home for the market. From painting and cabinets to counter tops and floors, I have you covered. Staging too, of course! We've pre-negotiated preferential pricing with vetted contractors that are licensed, insured, and offer a transferable one-year guarantee. You will have a main point of contact, the project manager, to keep you updated on the process.
